I have actually made a bit more progress on this fellow but as I intend to get some painting done on him tomorrow before work I figure that a snapshot can wait a little longer (such a tease).
Here in my deep dark basement you will find examples of my dark craft, this will be sawing drilling and the spillage of fluids all in the name of art! I will be keeping a record of many finished, as well as many unfinished projects during my many forays into the miniature painting world. I will endeavour to post regular updates but don't hold your breath! So its time to dim lights and if your sitting comfortably we can get on with the show!

Scythes of the Emperor - Contemptor - Part 1
Now I wasn't going to have Dreadnoughts (and a few other things) for fluff reasons, however I had to find another hundred points for the aforementioned tournament and had one knocking around (as you do). Like the Speeders I got the base finished and not much further but here he is anyway "Tubs" the Contemptor.
Scythes of the Emperor - Landspeeder Typhoons - Part 1
To cut back on painting I decided to "convert" some Forgeworld Tempests into Typhoons to save painting the crew. However these got put way back due to a missing component but all the bits are here now. While I was waiting I did get as far as sorting out the bases as seen below.
Also quickly bunged a "Typhoon" on top of one so people could get a rough idea.
Scythes of the Emperor - Predator
As promised photos are indeed inbound, photobucket appears to have fixed itself (who can understand the vagueries of the machine spirit) so its time to get on with the show. I was trying to get this army finished for a one day tournament at my local GW (incidentally our team sucked and took home the wooden spoon, oops), however the plans of mice and men go oft awry and I failed. However it does mean I managed more progress over that time than I would have, this includes getting the this predator up to the same standard as the previously featured Las-Plas Razorback.
Pics are very ropey as I took them just next to the window for light but I think you get the general idea.

Awaiting the Tech Priests
Ok I'll admit it, I may or may not have managed to lock myself out of my photobucket account. There are new photos awaiting publishing so just as soon as I get the account sorted out I'll be coming in your eyes with more hobby goodness. Fingers crossed it won't be long.
